The Scientific Committee of the “Brazzale Science Center” supports the evaluation, validation and guidance activities towards programmatic proposals concerning innovation, research and development and the analytical and nutritional information activity of “brazzale spa” production, it is also an organ of cultural updating on food and the dairy sector through www.brazzalesc.com
The Scientific Committee has an advisory function on production and analytical activities, R & D development and communication, making use of the Scientific Direction of Prof. Fernando Tateo (Full Professor of Food Science and Technology – Di.SAA – UniMi) and the owner of the Analytical Project Prof. Monica Bononi (Associate of Chemical Analysis of Food – Di.SAA – UniMi).
Attorney Roberto Brazzale holds the Presidency of the Center, with the vice-Presidency of Dr. Piercristiano Brazzale.
